Our Story

Medlife Holidays was founded by two travel-obsessed directors with very different passports,  and a shared vision: to make holiday booking smarter and way more personal. 

Janine, originally from South Wales, has spent over 20 years working in travel, from holiday rep in Malia to destination manager for Greece, to hotel contracting and now business coaching. A certified Business & Entrepreneurship Coach, she now helps others build their own travel empires through our Medlife Homeworking programme, alongside running Medlife Holidays. 

Emre, based in Turkey, brings over a decade of experience as the owner of a leading Destination Management Company, handling ground operations, excursions, transfers, and accommodation services across Turkey. He knows the region inside-out, and ensures our customers get unbeatable value and support on the ground. 

Together, they combined their expertise in UK travel, Greek island life, and Turkish hospitality to build a travel company that’s personal, flexible, and future-proof.  Medlife isn’t backed by shareholders or sales targets,  it’s backed by experience, passion, and people who genuinely care.
